Jen loves to travel, especially internationally, capturing outdoor and environmental stories through her lens. Photographing dogs was something new for her, and she quickly discovered how much joy these pups and the Red Rover community bring to her life. You’ll sometimes find Jen at the front desk, answering calls and emails, or outside capturing moments to share on Red Rover’s social media.

Tommi moved to Colorado in February 2021 and worked on the ambulance during COVID. A little over a year ago, she adopted Cash from the Humane Society. Cash was labeled as dog aggressive, but Red Rover was willing to give her a chance. With the team’s support, the resort helped Cash find friends and make incredible progress. Tommi loved the people and atmosphere at Red Rover so much that she decided to apply for a job herself. Now she comes to work happy and leaves happy, because who wouldn’t when you get to spend the day surrounded by dogs!

Ashley, originally from Pennsylvania, came to Red Rover with a strong background in dog grooming and a genuine passion for animal care. While she had limited experience working alongside groups of dogs, she has found learning about pack dynamics incredibly interesting. When she is not working, you can find her outside with her pup, Jonah, hiking, camping, and exploring all that Colorado has to offer.
