IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR INTACT DOGS

Dear Red Rover family,

Due to a new PACFA regulation, dogs over 18 months old who are not spayed or neutered can no longer participate in group play with dogs from other households.

This is a difficult change for us because group play is an important part of how we care for dogs at Red Rover. We take pride in providing attentive, active days so our guests can play hard, rest well and go home happy.

While we would love to continue accommodating every dog, providing the level of individualized care required for intact dogs simply isn’t possible during our busiest periods. Because of this, we may be unable to accept intact dogs over 18 months during holidays, peak summer weeks and other high-capacity periods.

We know this will affect some of our longtime customers, and we truly wish we had more flexibility. This change is being made to comply with PACFA requirements while continuing to provide the quality of care and experience you expect from Red Rover Resort.

If your dog is affected, please reach out to us before booking and we’ll let you know what options may be available.

Sincerely,

Brandon & Red Rover team
